  7. pay to the order of [NAME] whose address is [ADDRESS], the sum of

  9. interest are payable at [LOCATION] in monthly installments of XX
  10. DOLLARS, on the XX day of each and every month after date until
  11. paid, each installment when so paid to be applied first to the
  12. payment of the interest on the amount of principal remaining
  13. unpaid, and the balance thereof credited tot he principal.

  18. IT IS AGREED that if this note is not paid when due or declared
  19. due hereunder, the entire principal and accrued interest thereon

  21. failure to make any payment of principal or interest when due or

  23. shall cause the whole note to become due at once, or the interest
  24. to be counted as principal, at the option of the holder of the

  26. for payment, protest, notice of non-payment and of protest, and
  27. agree to any extension of time payment and partial payments,
  28. before, at or after maturity, and if this note or interest thereon
  29. is not paid when due, or suit is brought, agree to pay all
  30. reasonable costs of collection, including XX for attorney's fees.
